When reporting damaged goods, please include the following information:
- Description of the problem.
- Details of how the order was packaged.
- Photographs of the damaged goods and their packaging (outside of the package and its inserts).
- Providing clear photos of the damaged merchandise and packaging helps us expedite the process of sending a replacement order.
Return Policy
We do not currently support returns or provide a return address, as the items you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. If you wish to ship a new order, you will be responsible for the cost of the new order. no return address
Lost Orders
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will gladly ship a replacement order on your behalf.
Returned to sender
Orders may be returned to the sender for the following reasons:
- Wrong address: if you provide an address that the courier deems insufficient, the parcel will be returned and disposed of safely.
- Rejected by the recipient: if the customer rejects the parcel at the time of delivery, the parcel will be returned and disposed of safely.
- Unclaimed: if the customer is unable to receive their order at the address, packages may be available for pickup at a local post office or carrier drop-off point. Parcels that remain unclaimed may be returned to the sender.
